Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus - with music!

Please join us at St. Athanasius Church, 5915 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY, for Mass at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

This special liturgy will include music, which is not typically part of our Friday Masses. June 27 also marks the World Day of Prayer for the Sanctification of Priests and follows the Solemnity of Corpus Christi. Together, these feasts remind us that the Eucharist—the Body of Christ—is the very Heart of Jesus, who lovingly “takes care of us” with his heart.
